At LAURA JEANNE, we are committed to delivering your order with the same care and attention that goes into every piece we create. Please find below our shipping information by region.
--- UNITED KINGDOM We ship all UK orders via DPD, apart from Prints which will be sent via Parcelforce. Orders placed before 3pm on a working day will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time, or on weekends and bank holidays, will be dispatched the next working day.
LAURA JEANNE is unable to accept responsibility for any delays caused by shipping couriers once your order has been dispatched.
--- INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING We ship internationally via Easyship, offering a range of carrier options to suit your needs. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. Estimated Delivery Timeframes by Region: Europe — 3–7 working days United States & Canada — 5–10 working days Australia & New Zealand — 7–14 working days Rest of World — 7–21 working days Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or local conditions
--- ORDER TRACKING Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery in real time. Please allow up to 24 hours after dispatch for tracking information to become active.
--- CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES For orders shipped outside of the United Kingdom, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the price of your order or shipping cost at checkout. We recommend checking with your local customs authority for guidance on applicable charges before placing your order.
